KM’s All-Cap Value Equity Product (as represented by KM’s Equity Composite) is designed to appeal to investors looking for a time-tested investment approach that seeks to invest in stocks trading at a significant discount to our estimation of intrinsic value, without regard to market capitalization or whether a stock is typically labeled “value” or “growth.” When constructing a portfolio, we don’t try to mimic a benchmark index nor will we purchase unattractive stocks in the name of “diversification.”

KM has utilized this value approach since our predecessor was founded over thirty years ago. We have remained true to our value investment style in not only good times for value, but more importantly, when value has been out of favor.
